The Tenacity Post is seeking a professional, motivated and organized journalist to join a dynamic editorial team to report on news from a biblical, Christian worldview. The Tenacity Post- Rapport is a biblically sound version of old-school objective journalism. It is theologically sophisticated, biblically orthodox, and committed to truthful objective journalism, not agenda reporting.Key responsibilities:
* Writing news and feature articles for website, electronic newsletters, and social media

The Tenacity Post, the news and media division of the Centre for information Research and Publicity is an independent news provider, reaching to Zimbabweans locally and abroad. Our journalists deliver unparalleled news coverage with speed, impartiality and insight to entrepreneurs, foreign policy experts, religious organisations, and directly to consumers on www.thetenacitypost.com and Tenacity TV.
The Center for Information Research and Publicity (CiRP) - has experience in research and managing communications through its online publication called The Tenacity Post. CiRP wants to expand its human resources through training content creators.
We have trained personnel: Graduates from The National University of Science and Technology, University of Zimbabwe, International Institutions and also other media houses. Our instructors are broadcasters and journalists in their day jobs.
What is the Television Production & Journalism Training Programme
The CiRP Journalism and Television Production Training Programme is an opportunity for creative minds that haven’t had opportunities in conventional training institutions, to become early career reporters, or someone who wants to switch careers into television production or journalism. The programme in 2019 will consist of 15 days of formal and on-the-job Television production and journalism training, spanning over one month in Mzilikazi in Bulawayo. None of our practical courses have more than 10 students, meaning each student benefits from dedicated time and attention from our tutors enabling them to get the most from their experience with us.
We are excited to work with emerging talents who can tell stories about entrepreneurs, politics and new perspectives in different formats. As a global business we rely on diversity of culture and thought to deliver on our goals. As a surety to do that, we are training diverse, talented and inspired individuals with a passion for multimedia and data journalism.

- Strong interest in issues that affect communities, churches, entrepreneurs, companies, markets and economies
- Ability to generate original, relevant story ideas

- Fluency in written English
- Fluency in a second language beneficial but not compulsory
